All right guys, this is another cool hack, but this is a hack to find local businesses, not necessarily the direct owner, but just somebody to start the conversation with that is in a localized niche. Um, and I use Thumbtack. Um, this technique works really, really well. Um, but you gotta do a lot of fishing. You gotta create a lot of,
um, listings. So, um, pop you look at popular search searches. This could be a really good way for you to consider, Hey, where should I put my, my thoughts and efforts in terms of local business marketing? So I'm going to go with handyman. I'm going to pick my zip code and instantly you're going to see all of these handyman's people that are looking for projects,
right? And I'm going to go ahead and I'm going to go. I'm looking for, uh, I do flooring. I like flooring. It's a, it's a higher ticket item. So people that do the flooring work, um, usually come at a higher ticket price. I am going to select the start date. Let's say it's coming up here.
Um, seventh, it's a home. I think it's going to be a, probably a full day. And remember I'm, these are not real right now. I'm not listing real, a real project. I'm simply going to be using this platform that has already brought the buyers to a centralized area. And I'm going to leverage that. So I'm looking at Thumbtack as a place where the people that I want to connect with the people that are looking for leads,
the people that are in business are congregating, and I'm going to use this as my fishing hole. So I'm continuing to hear the message. So in these messages, it's going to connect all the information that I just put together and it's going to put it right in a message here. And so I would be writing. So Michael, a local expert.

My number is six. That, that, that, that, that, that right. And that's all you do over and over and over again until you get a hit. And when you get a hit and now you've got an appointment and when you got an appointment, now you have a potential for a sale. And this kind of technique you should be doing.
I dunno, you should be doing 20, 25 of these a day in different niches. And believe me, your calendar will fill up. You will be getting calls. People will respond to you on Thumbtack. And you've now created. You now are leveraging Thumbtack and all the work that they've done, the millions and millions of dollars had done to attract all these businesses into this place.
And you're using it. And it's better than email. It's better than text message because these guys are thinking that they're opening a job. So good luck with this, this hack. Um, and we'll get onto the next one here pretty soon.
